Amy Hill Fife, MPT, PWCS, AASECT CSC
Amy Hill Fife, MPT, PWCS, CSC, is a Board-Certified Pelvic & Women's Health Physical Therapist, AASECT Certified Sex Counselor, and creator of the Pelvic & Sexual Health Trauma-Competent (PSHT®) Certification. For more than 26 years, she has specialized in pelvic rehabilitation, sexual health, and trauma-informed care. Amy teaches healthcare professionals how to provide trauma-informed and trauma-competent care for women with sexual trauma, pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, and sexual health concerns. Her work integrates trauma neuroscience, pelvic rehabilitation, and sexual health into practical, evidence-informed clinical education. She co-created an award-winning trauma-informed pelvic and sexual health program for women Veterans, recognized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Women's Health with the 2024 Culture Change Award. Amy is a national speaker, educator, and consultant dedicated to advancing trauma-competent pelvic and sexual healthcare worldwide.
